INVESTMENT PROPOSAL

Brześć Kujawski can skilfully combine the needs of the region with specific investors’ needs.
Economic attractiveness is built among others by making appropriate investment areas available. Following this strategy, the commune has an available area of 470 ha which belongs to Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa, APA, private owners and the commune. These areas are perfectly located, well communicated with A1 motorway and main transport routes, fully equipped with technical infrastructure.
According to the applicable provisions of the local spatial development plan, the promoted investment area is aimed at production and service-related activity. The potential of the commune combined with competitive investment conditions encourage both

investors who plan an intense development as well as beginning businesspeople.
